Visit: Go to samsung.northladder.net/sa-en, select your old product, and complete the evaluation

Evaluation: Keep your old product ready. Our trade-in partner will contact you after 7 business days to initiate the pick-up of your old device from your home

2. Visit the Trade-In Platform
After purchasing your new Samsung product, go to samsung.northladder.net/sa-en. Here, you’ll be able to select the old device you want to trade in. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the online evaluation process for your old product.
3. Evaluation and Pick-Up Process
After you’ve completed the online evaluation, our trade-in partner will contact you after 7 business days to arrange a doorstep pick-up. The process varies slightly depending on your location:
Courier Pick Up + Home Inspection:
Al Hofuf, Al Jubail, Al Khobar, Al Qatif, Dammam, Dhahran, Ras Tanura, Safwa, Sihat, Al Kharj, Riyadh
A doorstep home assessment will take place during the pick-up :
A doorstep home assessment will be conducted when your old product is picked up. This means the evaluation of your device will happen at your home during the pick-up, providing a seamless and convenient experience.
Courier Pick-up only:
Jeddah, Taif, Makkah, Madinah
A courier pick-up will be arranged to collect your old device. The evaluation of your product will follow after the pick-up is completed.
4. Receive Your Cashback
